Returns and Exchanges
An item may be returned if it is damaged or does not function as intended by the manufacturer. To return the item, ship it back to us via insured USPS mail or UPS. Please explain in detail why you are returning the merchandise on the back of the original packing slip and include it in your package. We will gladly refund the cost of the item if we determine, upon inspection, that it is damaged or does not function as intended. Original shipping charges are not refundable. If you have a defective sprayer, please contact us and we will ship a new sprayer to you. Please send returns to:
